1½ oz. Blue Rook Cachaça

Ginger Beer

¼ Lime

1 oz. Jalapeño Infused Simple Syrup

• Muddle lime & simple syrup in a rocks glass

• Add ice & Blue Rook Cachaça; stir thoroughly

• Top with ginger beer & garnish w/ lime wheel or jalapeño slice
